What platform will be used for virtual training?

Virtual sessions will be held by Google Meet (an invitation link will be emailed prior to each session).


What is the Cancellation Policy?

A 24 hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling otherwise the session will be forfeited.

Is a meal plan provided?

While general guidance and example meal options are offered, there will be no meal plans provided. If you would like a meal plan, we recommend you seek out a Registered Dietitian. Nutritional guidance provided by Geo’s Elite Fitness is not medical advice, if you have questions or concerns please consult your physician.

How many people can attend a group session at a time?

Group sessions start with 2 and may hold up to 6 people at a time.

How long do I have to use my purchased package?

Packages are valid for 90 days from purchase. Unused sessions are forfeited thereafter.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept online payment with debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe or PayPal.


Do you offer refunds?

At this time all purchases are final. Please contact us with any questions prior to purchasing training packages.

Can I cancel or switch plans?

Life happens. Contact us to discuss changing your plan and any pricing changes.
